Warranties

15 Days Warranty 

  • Microphone, speaker, charging jack, ringer, power button, volume button, signal problems, LCD. 

  • Such faulty mobile phones have a 15-day warranty. If the same fault occurs again within 15 days, the mobile will be repaired free of charge.

  • If a repaired part becomes faulty again within one month, only the cost of the part will be charged.

  • There is no warranty against physical breakage. However, if a part breaks within one month, only the price of the part will be charged. If the customer brings their own replacement part, no service charges will be taken.

Battery

  • Original, genuine, and company-branded (HT Prime) batteries have a 15-day warranty. If the battery does not charge (Charging Error) or loses its charging/power capacity, it will be replaced with a new battery without the charger. If the problem turns out to be with the phone's board, separate service charges will be applied. 

  • HT Prime batteries have a 1-month warranty against swelling. If the battery becomes defective due to swelling within one month, the battery will be replaced without the charger.

  • If the battery becomes defective again within one month, only the price of the battery will be charged. If the customer brings their own battery, no extra/service charges will be charged.

Panel, LCD & Touch

  •    Original & LED Panel. This quality panel has a 15-day warranty

  • If the panel  develops a problem within 15 days after installation, such as Auto Working not functioning or the Touch working only halfway, it will be repaired/replaced without charges. 

  • Dot, Shade, Line, and Copy panel. There is no warranty on these Panels. If any problem appears during checking, the panel will be repaired/replaced as necessary. After the customer leaves after checking, no warranty/claim will be accepted.

  • If the panel develops a fault again within one month, only the price of the panel will be charged. If the customer brings their own panel, no service charges will be taken.
